Brethren...the following pictures are at the Birthday Party of Bro. Bill Ellenberger in California held at the Camp Pendleton Chapter's January Meeting. Bill is our oldest living MIP member of OD No. 364 and several other chapters. He was recently burned out in the California fires. Our Chapter donated $100 towards sending him a certificate notifying him we and Walter Reed Chapter 303 purchased a Collingwood Legacy Brick in his honor. He was also presented his 25 year certificate and pin from Walter Reed Chapter.
OD No. 364 also sent a birthday card signed by several members and a Chapter certificate made by Bro. Bill Sanner.
On January 14, 2008 Bro. Bill turned 100 years young. His nurse is assisting him in learning how to send email on his computer. Should you want to chance a message to him his address is bellenberger100@yahoo.com .

Bro. Howard, who now lives in Lexington, VA, is Retired USAF, an MIP, and a Hero of '76.

1st Sgt. Brother Thomas Joseph Geer was honored along with his wife Marlene at the OD No. 364
February Meeting. Bro. Joe joined the National Sojourners in March 1998 at Santa Ana/El Toro Chapter
No. 250. He was recalled into the Army to work in Casualty Operations and was transferred to the Alexandria, VA.
Area. He visited OD 364 and eventually became a Multiple MIP in June 2006. Bro. Joe also crossed the “D” in
March 2006 in a courtesy initiation for his Chapter/Camp COL William Biehl, Jr. Bro. Joe was Assistant Marshal
in our Chapter and complied with anything asked of him while here. We wish him and his lovely Lady Marlene
good fortune on their return once again to civilian life in California. They will be missed.

December 2006 National Secretary Bro. Nelson Newcombe presented a Presidential Citation to Bro. Warren Baker and Lady Barbara
for their nine years they of service to Collingwood. Pres. Sanner then presented both with Certificates of Appreciation,
an Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine, Coast Guard Christmas Ornament medal, and a stuffed bear for Lady Barbara
from Chapter No. 364. They received a standing ovation by all and a loving farewell.

We were entertained by the Bethel 1 Jobs Daughters Choir who sang several Christmas songs
accompanied on the Keyboard by Ms. Virginia Dodge, Past Grand Matron of Virginia, Order of Eastern Star.

Wreath Laying Ceremony at Mount Vernon February 26, 2006
Seven members of Old Dominion Chapter No. 364 (Bill Turner, Jack Whistler, Woody Bentley, Terry Gigure,
Tim Butcher, Jay Patterson, Harry Sanders) and Camp Followers Patti Turner and Claire Bentley mustered at Mt.
Vernon, braved a cold and blustery morning, and marched to the tomb where a wreath was placed to celebrate
the 274th anniversary of the birth of Brother George Washington. Following the ceremony, several also attended
Sunday services at Pohick Church where Brother George Washington served as a Vestryman. Special thanks to
Bro. Jack Whistler for serving as drummer and Bro. Bill Turner for the playing of taps.
