Virginia Masonic Herald Deadline Brethren and Ladies,
First of all, I hope this finds everybody in good health and finding out how great an invention air conditioning is!
I just wanted to remind you the deadline for the next issue of The Virginia Masonic Herald is approaching. I need to have all submissions by August 6, 2010. In your articles, please remember that the issue will come out near the end of September, so please don’t mention items that are coming up in late August/September in your article unless it is like…”In August, the annual RJSAML met in Fork Union and we had a tremendous turnout…,” in other words, write it like it has already occurred..
There will be a web supplement to the Herald for August and October. No supplement in September due to the printed issue coming out.
The articles (hard copy) can be mailed to me via the Grand Lodge’s office or sent electronically to this email address.
Fraternally,
Dave
