 Winner of 2007 National Essay Contest:

 Ms. Alyson Yee of Bethel No.1, IOJD, Arlington, VA, thanked all for her selection  for 2nd Place for her essay entry

and stated her winnings will be used to further her education.       Ms. Yee then read her essay which addressed

how she felt that the various past space programs contributed to American pride and nationalism unifying the

entire country. She received a resounding applause as her parents were introduced.
